Refund policy
If there's something wrong with your Numbers Game Scorebook, we're here to help.
You are eligible to return your scorebook for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. To request a return or exchange, contact us at team@numbersgame.co. If you are eligible for a return or exchange, we will provide a return shipping label.
Once we receive your book, we will inspect the book and notify you on the status of your refund or exchange.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment), less the cost of return shipping. You will see the credit on your statement within 3-5 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
